So Friday, at PAX (Penny Arcade Convention), our best friend Will did the best thing ever. 

He’s working at the Con this year as an Enforcer and happened to be working across the way from Wil Wheaton at PAX’s Decide-O-Tron booth. He only had one free moment to talk to Mr. Wheaton and what did he do? Get a picture of the two of them together? Get an autograph? NO. He got Wil Wheaton to chew us out in a video for not showing up at PAX.

As hilarious and glorious as this was, Vasant and I could not let it go UNANSWERED.

So I searched for the geekiest merch in my home. I had some merch left from my Dumbledore’s Army/Rome insignia work, so we made that a peace offering to the Mighty Wil Wheaton (kicking myself that I had no Smauglock merch in the house!)

The card reads:

Dear Mr. Wil Wheaton, 

We beg your forgiveness for failing you. Monetary troubles prevented the honor of seeing you at PAX. We will remedy that next year. 

Until then, accept this gift to appease your mighty wrath.
